At Steer, It All Starts In The Mind We all fall into the same trap. We take our mindset for granted when we develop academic, physical, or personal goals. And yet, the way we approach a plan mentally dictates how successful that plan can be. STEER for Student-Athletes emphasizes the connection between mindset and performance. Over the past ten years, STEER has collaborated with Peak Mental Game (PMG). Together, we educate students and improve their mental skills, on and off the field.
