A busy roadway that connects Greenwich to Port Chester has reopened after an hours-long closure Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 19. Heavy traffic occurred in the area after the closure of Mill Street Bridge due to a gas leak at around 1:30 p.m. The bridge reopened just before 5 p.m.
