Culinary Institute Grad To Be Featured On Food Network A popular Fairfield County chef will be featured on one of the most popular shows on the Food Network on Tuesday night, April 24.Westport's Matt Storch will appear on "Chopped" at 10 p.m. The 1995 Staples graduate is the executive chef/owner of Match in Norwalk, chef/partner at The Chelsea in Fairfield and newly opened Match Burger Lobster in Saugatuck. Storch graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park A viewing party will be held at Match starting at 9 p.m. at 98 Washington St. Norwalk.
