Kevin Doyle, of Harwinton, was arrested around noon Saturday at the Red Carpet Inn on Main Street after selling more than 100 bags of heroin to a Stamford Police officer with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, said Capt. According to Stamford Police Sgt. Jennifer Pinto, the woman came out of the Wells Fargo ATM at the corner of Main and Atlantic streets about 4:40 p.m. Monday and was looking at her cell phone when she felt someone trying to pull her purse off her shoulder. Benita Muralles, 69, a long-time Stamford resident, is expected to undergo surgery for injuries she suffered after being hit around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, said Stamford Police Sgt.
