New Canaan Police Take Custody Of Wanted Larceny Suspect In Ansonia A suspect is in police custody more than a year after he allegedly stole an iPhone from a car parked in a New Canaan driveway. Members of the New Canaan Police Department traveled to Ansonia at approximately 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 26, to take Bridgeport resident Jose Rivera into custody on an active arrest warrant for larceny and burglary.
