Hudson Valley Cabbie Sentenced For Two Rapes An Orange County cabbie was sentenced to 21 years in prison for the rape of two young women last year, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Javier Alexander Vilchez Salazar, 34, of New Windsor, who pleaded guilty to rape in March, was sentenced Thursday to the prison term and 10 years post-release supervision for raping two young women last year, the DA's Office said.
