Man Pinched Buttocks Of Boy At Department Store In Area, Police Say A 43-year-old man pinched the buttocks of a boy under age 7 at an area department store, state police from Brewster said. Troopers received a report of the unidentified male pinching the buttocks of the child under the age of 7, before asking the victim to follow him while in Marshalls in the town of Southeast on May 26. Through investigation, the subject was eventually identified as Jaroslav Kiskas of Southeast and subsequently arrested. Kiskas was charged with forcible touching, a Class A misdemeanor.
