Westchester Man Busted For Alleged DWI After Being Spotted Driving Erratically
A 30-year-old man from Westchester is facing charges after being found allegedly driving erratically while he was drunk, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to canvas the area of Mamaroneck Road and Post Road shortly after 10 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, where there were multiple reports of an erratic driver. Upon arrival, officers found a 2004 Nissan Sentra with front end damage unable to stay in its lane on Post Road near the intersection of Gotham Road, prompting a traffic stop.
