Driver On Probation Busted For Fourth DWI During Stop In Westchester A Westchester County man on probation with three previous DWI convictions is facing a host of charges after being busted allegedly drinking and driving without a license in Scarsdale. An officer on patrol at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Weaver Street on Monday, Feb. 4 was alerted by a License Plate Reader that a 2013 Chevy Traverse that drove by had a “suspended or revoked” registration.
