Report Of Sleeping Driver In BMW Leads To DUI Charge For Greenwich Man A Greenwich man is facing DUI charges after police say he was sleeping in his vehicle. Greenwich Police say they responded to the junction of Valley Road and Cos Cob Avenue after receiving a report of an individual sleeping or passed out behind the wheel of a black BMW with the engine still running on Sunday, June 16 around 6:30 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle’s occupant, identified as Ace Aguilar, 21, of Greenwich, had red, glassy eyes, according to police.
