Heidi Lueders, 31, of New Canaan, was arrested around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29 after New Canaan police responded to a home on Marshall Ridge Road for a report of a domestic dispute between two occupants of the home, said New Canaan Police Lt.
