$35M Barbara Walters Campus Center Breaks Ground At Sarah Lawrence Sarah Lawrence College students will soon have a new place to call home. The college in Southern Westchester broke ground on the $35 million Barbara Walters Campus Center Wednesday. The campus center is named in honor of the famed TV anchor, who donated $15 million.  The center will include the Barbara Walters Gallery for exhibitions of fine art and the Barbara Walters Archives and Reading Room. The 34,800-square-foot center will serve as a gathering place for students, faculty, and staff with lounges, dining, and event facilities. The center is expected to open in the fall of 2019. "…
