Crash Causes I-95 Delays This story has been updated. There were lengthy delays on a stretch of I-95 after a crash that initially blocked the right lane near the border of Greenwich and Port Chester late Tuesday morning. The crash was northbound between Delavan Avenue (Exit 2) and Arch Street (Exit 3), with stop-and-go delays of up to a half hour to I-287 (Exit 21) in Westchester until the lane reopened around 12:30 p.m. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.

The broken main was reported at 5:40 a.m. on Arch Street across from Horseneck Lane. The driveway ramp to Greenwich Plaza and the train station is closed, Greenwich Police said.
