Westchester Man Facing Attempted Murder Charge For Daytime Shooting
A man is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly opening fire on a man in broad daylight in Westchester.
Yonkers resident Anthony Villa, 24, was arraigned on a five-count indictment on Monday, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced, including attempted murder and weapons charges.
