PORT CHESTER, N.Y. - Nellie Manczuk of Port Chester died Saturday, Oct. 18. She was 92.
Manczuk was born Jan. 6, 1922, she attended Port Chester schools before moving to Poland in 1932. After marriage she managed the family farm before returning to the U.S. in 1955. For many years, she worked for Finast before retiring in 1991.
Manczuk is survived by her children, Anne, Jean, Joseph, Gregory and Hedy; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 229 Willett Ave., Port Chester with interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Greenwich.
