RYE BROOK, N.Y. - The Village of Rye Brook will have elections for two seats on the Village Board of Trustees Tuesday. The terms of current trustees Paul Rosenberg and Michael Brown are up for renewal, with only Rosenberg seeking re-election.

Running unopposed for Brown's seat is current traffic commission member David Heiser. Heiser, a retired law attorney, has previously served as president of Congregation KTI in Port Chester.

Rosenberg is the village's deputy mayor and has served on the board full-time since 2005.

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Rye Brook Village Hall. The trustees will have a special meeting at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday to certify the election results.
