The Westchester County Department of Planning will help introduce residents to the program that will help building owners reduce operating costs and improve infrastructure. The session begins at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 11 at the Port Chester Senior Center at Village Hall, at 222 Grace Church St. in Port Chester.

"Westchester County has teamed up with the Energize NY Westchester Project to provide low-cost financing that helps reduce energy costs for properties that need it most: multi-family affordable housing and not-for-profit owned buildings," representatives said. "The County is utilizing its federally allocated Qualified Energy Conservation Bond (QECB) authority and aligning with Energize NY’s goal to promote energy efficiency and renewable energy projects."

Residents can either visit the Energize NY website or RSVP by calling 914-302-7300.
