Investigators announced this week that troopers stopped 46-year-old Esmelyn Hernandez’s Chevrolet Impala for a violation of vehicle and traffic laws on I-84 in Southeast. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Panera Bread at the Triangle Shopping Center shortly before 5 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 11, where there were reports of a person playing with a knife.
