County Gains More Control Over Mt. Kisco's Merestead Estate
A judge's decision has given Westchester County more autonomy over managing an estate in Northern Westchester, including unlocking additional funds that can now be used to maintain it. The Merestead estate, located in Mount Kisco at 455 Byram Lake Rd., will maintain its standing following the lifting of longstanding restrictions announced by Westchester County Executive George Latimer on Monday, April 29.
