Westchester Felon Found With Loaded Gun At Train Station Pleads Guilty A Westchester County convict is facing a decade in prison after admitting to illegally possessing a stolen weapon at a Connecticut train station. Mount Vernon resident Michael Lawrence, 26, has pleaded guilty in Hartford federal court to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon dating back to an incident last summer.
