Registered Sex Offender Busted By Undercover Officers In Hudson Valley Targeting 'Teen Girl' A registered sex offender was busted by undercover officers during a sexual predator sting operation in the Hudson Valley, officials announced. In Rockland County, New Jersey resident Brian Reed, age 33, of Sussex, was busted and indicted following an online sting conducted by the District’s Attorney’s Special Investigative Unit.
