Man Suffers Burn Wounds In Northern Westchester House Fire Police are investigating a Northern Westchester fire in which a man was found suffering from burns in nearby woods. The fire took place 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at 250 Smith Ridge Road in Lewisboro, said New York State Police spokesman Trooper AJ Hicks. According to Hicks, the Lewisboro Police Department and state police responded to the area for a report of a man running through the neighborhood.
