Suspect Nabbed In Shooting Death Of Teen Thrown From Moving Car In Westchester A Westchester teenager has been arrested and arraigned for allegedly shooting and killing a 19-year-old who was thrown out of a moving vehicle. Mount Vernon resident Douglas Manggrum IV, 19, was arrested and charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, after Massad Davis was killed last week, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office confirmed.
