A stretch of Route 117 in Northern Westchester has reopened early Saturday evening, Feb. 9 after a serious motor vehicle crash caused its closure for approximately five hours. The closure, in both directions, was between Orchard Ridge Road and Overlook Drive in Chappaqua, with the crash occurring at Green Lane at around 1:40 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9. The road reopened just before 6:30 p.m.
