Hundreds in the Hudson Valley are now without power as high winds whip through the area.

As of around 10 a.m. on Monday, Con Edison was still reporting nine active outages that were impacting customers in Bedford, Cortlandt, Greenburgh, Mount Vernon, New Castle, Scarsdale, and Yonkers.

As of Thursday, May 7, there have now been 1,220 (24 new) cases of COVID-19 reported in the county, which have resulted in 55 deaths (nine new), according to the Putnam County Department of Health.
There are currently 13 COVID-19 patients at Putnam Hospital, with four being discharged after being cleared of the virus in the past 24 hours.

Twenty-five new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) were confirmed in Putnam County overnight, as the total topped 1,100 since the pandemic began in early March.
There have now been 1,115 confirmed COVID-19 cases, as of Friday, May 1, according to the Department of Health, with 57 active cases, seven less than the day before.
There are currently 20 COVID-19 patients at Putnam Hospital.
