Man Drives Jeep Into Front Of Grocery Store In Hudson Valley, Hits Woman, Police Say
A woman was injured after a man lost control of his 2011 Jeep Cherokee and drove over a curb, hitting the woman, and then struck the front wall of a grocery store in the Hudson Valley. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 1 in Rockland County at the ShopRite in Pearl River. According to police, the crash happened when a 77-year-old man New City man drove up onto the curb of the grocery store located at 26 N. Two Teens Killed After Porsche Crashes Onto Tracks, Bursts Into Flames In Area
Two teenagers were killed and a third was injured after a Porsche crashed off of an overpass onto train tracks before bursting into flames in Rockland County. The two-vehicle crash happened just before 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13 in Pearl River on Route 304 in the vicinity of the Crooked Hill Road overpass. Friend's Alleged Punch Kills Man Outside Hudson Valley Bar
Two familiar families -- both coming from lines of first responders -- are now grieving following the death of a young man after authorities said he was knocked unconscious by his friend outside a Pearl River bar. Assault charges were expected to be upgraded to manslaughter against 21-year-old Douglas Guido of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, following the death of his friend, RJ Hess of Norwood in Bergen County.
