Three Alleged Drug Dealers Busted In Westchester Three people were arrested for alleged cocaine sales after being seen making a deal by members of the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force. The incident took place around 11:50 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 350 South Broadway, Tarrytown, said Lt. Greg Budnar. Those arrested included: Osvaldo Perlata, address unknown, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
