Manager Locks Beachgoers Inside Fence In Northern Westchester, Police Say Some beachgoers at Mohegan Lake Beach Park in Yorktown are pressing charges after a manager locked them inside a fenced area and unlawfully imprisoned them during a dispute, police said. Officers at Yorktown Police Headquarters received a trespassing complaint at approximately 5:45 p.m. on June 24 from the private beach, which led to an investigation, which led to the arrest of a beach manager who allegedly locked several members inside a gate.
