Missing Man Last Seen In Northern Westchester Found Safe New Update: A 28-year-old Hudson Valley man who went missing after last being seen boarding a train in Northern Westchester has been found safe.  In an announcement on Tuesday night, Aug. 20, the Carmel Police Department in Putnam County said that Bekim Gjonbalaj, age 28, was found in good health after last being seen boarding a train at the Croton Falls Train Station in the town of North Salem on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 4:50 a.m. More information about where Gjonbalaj was found was not released. Alert Issued For Missing Westchester Teen Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 18-year-old man who was last seen in Westchester.  Jasiah Jones was reported missing on Thursday, Aug. 15 after last being seen on Jackson Avenue in Yonkers on Wednesday, Aug. 14 at around 10:20 p.m., according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.  Jones, who is 5-foot-5 and 150 pounds, is believed to be suicidal and may be in need of medical attention, officials said.  He is a Black man with black hair and brown eyes.
