Westchester County Police Bust Man Urinating Near Elementary School
An intoxicated Westchester County man was arrested after being busted by police urinating near the Mount Kisco Elementary School. Westchester County Police officers were dispatched to West Hyatt Avenue shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 23, where there was a report of an allegedly intoxicated man who was urinating in public near the school in Mount Kisco.
