A 24-year-old man faces burglary charges after stealing items from college dormitories in Westchester, police said. Bronx resident Matthew Williams was arrested on Saturday, Dec. 2 for committing burglaries at Manhattanville College in the hamlet of Purchase on Saturday, Nov. 4, according to Harrison Police.
