22-Year-Old Northern Westchester DWI Suspect Punches Trooper After Arrest, Police Say A Northern Westchester man who was stopped for allegedly driving while intoxicated got aggressive with New York State Police troopers attempting to release him to his family, leading to additional charges, authorities announced. Troopers on patrol at approximately 2:51 a.m. on Sunday, March 20 in Cortlandt stopped Bryan Illescas, age 22, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations as he drove through the area on Lexington Avenue. Three Northern Westchester Residents Nabbed For DWI In Weekend Stops With local and state police agencies cracking down on drunk, drugged and distracted driving, several local residents were among nearly two dozen in the area who found themselves on the wrong side of the law over the weekend. As part of the STOP-DWI crackdown, State Police troopers busted several motorists for driving while intoxicated as they attempt to stop motorists from drinking and driving in the area.
