Woman Caught With Crack During Traffic Stop In Area A 51-year-old woman has been charged after police say she was found to be in possession of crack cocaine during a traffic stop. Officers with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department allegedly observed the driver of a 2002 Oldsmobile commit a violation on Danbury Road in the Town of Southeast on Saturday, Nov. 2 around 5:30 p.m. A traffic stop was initiated, and police allegedly observed several pieces of drug paraphernalia on the floor of the vehicle.
