Days-Long Road Closure Underway In Northern Westchester Italian culture will be at the forefront in Yorktown as officials prepare for the popular annual Yorktown Feast of San Gennaro, leading to road closures in the area. Yorktown Police Chief Robert Noble announced that from 7 a.m. through noon beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 12, Commerce Street will be closed until Monday, Sept. 17. During the festivities, there will be no vehicular traffic between Downing Drive and Kear Street.
