Update: 17-Year-Old Nabbed In Attempted Armed Robbery Of Screaming Victim In Westchester An investigation into an attempted armed robbery in Westchester has resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old boy, police announced.  The teenager, whose name was not released because of his age, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 17 in connection with the incident, which happened in New Rochelle on Wednesday, Oct. 9, New Rochelle Police Captain J. Armed Man On Loose After Trying To Rob Screaming Victim In Westchester Authorities are searching for a man who tried robbing a victim at gunpoint in Westchester.  Update: 17-Year-Old Nabbed In Attempted Armed Robbery Of Screaming Victim In New Rochelle The victim then began screaming, prompting the suspect to run from the scene into the nearby Harbor House apartment building property. There, the woman lost sight of him.
