Former Star Athlete In Westchester Dies At Age 30 Claudio Delli Carpini a former star athlete in Westchester died on Saturday, Feb. 19 at the age of 30. Born in the Bronx to Joseph and Josephine Delli Carpini, a Harrison High School graduate was a man of many talents, according to his obituary. "He was highly intelligent, had a great sense of humor, loved to sing, and was an amazing card player," his obituary said. Andrew Nachstein Of Mamaroneck Dies At 36; Avid Collector, Reader, History Buff Andrew Nachstein of Mamaroneck died on Wednesday, Oct. 16 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. He was 36.  He was born on April 13, 1983, to Richard Nachstein and Adelina Portal. He was a graduate of Mamaroneck High School Class of 2002 and went on to attend college at Westchester Community College.  He worked as a plumber with UA Local 21 Plumbers & Steamfitters and was most proud of his fraternal brotherhood.  Recently, he began a collection of pins and stickers that he would trade with other members of the union throughout the country.  He had a genuine l…
