A high school student from Westchester is one of the winners of a national journalism contest held by PBS after writing about her district's response to a swastika being found in a stairwell. A new pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site is being set up in Northern Westchester this week as the state works to provide first doses to thousands of New Yorkers. New York Gov.
