Between Monday, May 24, and Friday, May 28, state residents who get vaccinated at 10 sites will be provided free lottery scratch-off tickets to anyone 18 and older. The tickets, sold by retailers across the state for $20 each, have a grand prize of $5 million. Anyone receiving a vaccine will be getting the one-dose Johnson & Johnson shot, which will not require them to return to get a second dose. Man Sentenced For Killing Westchester Father Of Three Near Elementary School A Westchester man may spend the rest of his life behind bars after being convicted of murdering a father of three “execution-style” during a shooting in front of an elementary school. Dwayne Reid, 48, of Larchmont, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon last month, Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark announced.
