Northern Westchester Man With Suspended License Faces Aggravated DWI Charge A man with a suspended license has been charged with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on Route 9, according to police. New York State Police initiated a vehicle stop on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson for a traffic violation on Thursday, March 21 around 3:30 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 34-year-old Diego Aucapina Jarama of Ossining, was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
