Man Used Fake ID To Attempt Bank Withdrawals In Yorktown, Police Say After striking out the first time, a man was caught red-handed in Westchester allegedly attempting to illegally withdraw money at a bank that wasn’t his, police said. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Chase Bank on Commerce Street at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, where there was a report of identity theft in process.
