Have Coffee With A Cop: Westchester County PD Hosts Event At Cortlandt Town Center Westchester County Police officials are inviting the community to share a cup of “Coffee with a Cop” at a special event in Cortlandt. In an effort to increase cohesion and cooperation in the community, local and County Police have set aside times to meet with local residents in an effort to “build relationships and trust between the officers and the people they save,” according to police officials.
