Celebrity Fashion Guru Ties Knot With Partner At Famed Tarrytown Restaurant Elle magazine's former creative director and celebrity fashion insider Joe Zee tied the knot with his longtime partner Rob Younkers earlier this month in Westchester. The star-studded ceremony was held Oct. 5 at Tarrytown farm-to-table restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns. They chose the venue -- featured on Netflix's "Chef's Table" -- after eating there for an anniversary dinner, calling it a"food experience" and "not just a restaurant," according to People.
