Man Accused Of Menacing Woman With Gun In Northern Westchester A stalking complaint led to the arrest of a Westchester man who allegedly threatened a woman with a handgun, police said. Officers from the Bedford Police Department assisted the Peekskill Police Department on Saturday, Jan. 25, where there was a report of a stalking complaint involving Bedford Hills resident Benjamin Guerra, 36.
