Pace University Appoints Dinan President Of Honors Program

PLEASATVILLE, N.Y. -- Pace University recently introduced Susan Dinan as the founding dean of the Pforzheimer Honors College this past week.

Beginning Aug. 3, Dinan will spearhead the articulation, development and implementation of a comprehensive vision that positions the Honors College as a first-choice destination for high-achieving high school students, according to a press release. The honors program allows talented undergraduate students of all majors to study under distinguished Pace faculty members, according to a press release.

Dinan earned her bachelor's degree from Cornell University and her doctorate in history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to her appointment, she served as the director of the Honors College at William Paterson University in New Jersey since 2005.
