What's Happening This Week in Pleasantville

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Here’s a look at events happening around Pleasantville this week, including government meetings and community happenings.

Monday

The Pleasantville Board of Trustees will hold a regular work session and meeting at Village Hall.  The work session will begin at 7 p.m. and the meeting is set to begin at 8 p.m.  The agenda for this meeting includes a tree removal and pruning service and authorization for an inter-municipal agreement with the Mount Pleasant Public Library for a new roof project.

Wednesday

The Pleasantville Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 8 p.m. at Village Hall in Pleasantville.  The agenda includes a resolution to rebuild the Mavis Discount Tire building after a fire destroyed the building late in 2011. 

Thursday

The Pleasantville Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a regular meeting at Village Hall at 8 p.m. The agenda for this meeting includes resolutions involving J.A. Henckels Corporation moving in to its new location on Marble Avenue.
