PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Pleasantville's Washington Avenue will host some upcoming development projects, The Examiner reports.

The thoroughfare will soon gain a luxury townhouse from Toll Brothers, adevelopment will feature 68 units priced between $600,000 and $700,000 each, the report said. It will be the largest property tax infusion for the village in 30 years.

Another project brings a three story mixed-use property into a vacant, previously condemned building on 98 Washington Ave., according to The Examiner.
