Bia American Kitchen, located in Chappaqua at 480 Bedford Rd., opened in mid-August and features a menu full of American cuisine staples that make use of locally sourced ingredients.

The eatery, situated within Chappaqua Crossing, serves up sandwiches, seafood, burgers, steak, salads, and more. Signature menu items include the honey goat cheese flatbread; the grass-fed burrata burger; crispy Rhode Island calamari; and the seafood platter, complete with lobster, shucked oysters, crab salad, chilled jumbo shrimp, cocktail sauce, and more.

Other delicious-sounding items on the menu, led by Chef William Deluca, include sesame-crusted tuna tacos; butternut squash ravioli; grilled chicken bowls; charred Spanish octopus; and wild mushroom flatbread.

Of course, in addition to your meal, patrons can also enjoy cocktails and mocktails like the strawberry basil smash; the cucumber mint nojito; and Paloma cocktails.

The eatery was founded by Simi Polozani and aims to provide an "unforgettable dining experience," according to its website.

This goal has been seemingly met, as several customers have left raving reviews on the restaurant's Yelp page, where it has an overall rating of four stars out of five.

"Service was great, everyone was super friendly and all of the food came out at a good pace," wrote Jason M. of White Plains in a four-star review, adding, "I would call this restaurant a standout in Northern Westchester and a welcome addition to the area."

Michelle C. of Crompond also praised the restaurant, writing, "Our apps and meals were amazing, delicious and plentiful. My son said, 'This is the best burger I have ever had in my life!'"

One more five-star review from Melissa P. of Somers read: "We finally made it to the newest hot spot in Chappaqua and we LOVED IT. We came on Saturday night and the place was jumping and lively...For dinner we started off with the Grilled Octopus and a honey goat cheese flatbread. They were both excellent."

Reservations and takeout orders can be made online on the restaurant's website.
