PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. - Justin G. Casey died Feb. 11 at his longtime resident in Pleasantville. He was 89.
He was born in New York City in 1922 to the late Thomas and Marie Casey. A veteran of World War II, he attended Paul Smith's College and received a bachelor's of science from New York University. Casey had a fulfilling advertising career, working for J. Walter Thompsom, McGraw Hill and Dr. Pepper.
He enjoyed photography and reading, as well as dancing, playing bridge and vacationing at the beach with his family.
Casey is survived by his son Justin Casey, his daughters Isabel Mills, Sarah Papanikolaou and Clare Pidhorodeckyj and three grandchildren.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday at Beecher Funeral Home in Pleasantville. The funeral mass will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Holy Innocents Church, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
