MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Northern Westchester Hospital's Cancer Treatment Center, in partnership with Saw Mill Club, is offering a free four-week program for cancer patients and survivors to introduce gentle exercises that are designed to be safe, fun and inspiring.
Yoga is among the health and wellness events offered by Northern Westchester Hospital.
Classes are held at the Saw Mill Club on Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The program will be held on Sundays, April 12, April 19, April 26 and May 3.
