Participants are asked to review Julia Sexton's "Hudson Valley Chef's Table: Extraordinary Recipes from Westchester to Columbia County," pick a recipe to make and bring a prepared dish for everyone to share at the meeting.

One copy of the book will be available at the Reference Desk for perusal.
